Housing and Development Properties (HDP) has announced the signing of a construction agreement with CRC Dorra to execute the Club Hills Residence project in 6th of October City, under a construction contract valued at EGP 4 billion. The signing took place in the presence of Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of Housing and Development Properties (HDP), and Eng. Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of The Engineering Company for Construction and Development – Dorra Group, marking a key step towards advancing construction works and moving the project into an important phase of execution. The agreement reflects HDP’s commitment to accelerating the development of its projects while maintaining its targeted execution and delivery schedules.
Located across 30 feddans in 6th of October City, Club Hills enjoys a strategic location with direct views of Gezira Sporting Club, as part of the partnership between HDP and Gezira Sporting Club.
